Almost 30 km away from the core capital, this location is of historical importance mapping back to the Satavahana kingdom.  But for modern home buyers and investors who are seeking more than an epitome of cultural rootedness, it would be a good news- the area boasts ample water supply. Besides, Narayan Rao, a local consultant points out, “Amravati is in between two hotspots- Vijaywada and Guntur and although Amravati today is known for its tourism potential, there is no reason why it wouldn’t  be exploited for the excellent connectivity it boasts.”
